Jawzsize is the worst!!!
Customer service is the pits

I bought skin products
1) scrubs products is only liquid so nothing to scrub the skin with
2) both scrubs and cream smells very bad, so will have to get ride of both.
3)since I bought two of each I will lose the amount purchase and will never buy from your company again

You guys did great in informing me of the product being shipped. However, the tracking information was a little off. It kept telling me that I was going to receive it on a Monday. It said it was coming via UPS. I checked on the UPS website with the tracking number you provided. It never arrived on that Monday. I checked the website again, and it still said Monday delivery. I became somewhat concerned because I thought maybe "porch pirates" stole my delivery.
Anyway, long story short. I finally received my package via USPS, in my mailbox... almost two weeks after the date that i was informed I was going to receive it. It wasn't that big of a deal. But had I had known from the start of how it was going to be shipped, it would have saved me the worry. If that part was correct, I would have rated you 5 stars.

i was not able to use your product due to a health issue in my jaw. I have followed instructions on getting a money back refund per your refund policy and i dont believe i have heard a word back at least no reply email

I emailed a question, and received a quick response.
I have "Just" started with my kit.. I'll let ya know how I love it in the following weeks.

The product did not work for me. I did not see results at all I used it exactly as stated. I would like to send it back.

Product is working...only four stars because Ive only had 3 weeks with the product...cant wait to see the effects of the jaw exercise in a few more weeks.

I was suprised though that I already needed to go to the intermediate I wish there had been a way to gauge which one I would need first but you can be sure that when I can I’ll be getting the advanced and elite next! Been using it for a couple of weeks now and already seeing a difference! What a great innovative tool! Thank you!!!

These would probably be great if they weren't so large. I purchased the smallest available and it is still too large, partially due to a jaw injury that I was hoping to make better using these. If they listed the size of the Jawzrcise it would have saved me the trouble of ordering and returning the product.

Ordered the product about a month ago and hasn't arrived yet. Maybe I'm being impatient but seems others have also had this issue where it takes a really long time to arrive ir the item doesn't arrive at all?
